| Physical Description: | The appearance of each schnoodle depends on the type of poodle and schnauzer that are bred. Since both schnauzers and poodles are available in multiple sizes, there is a wide range of possible schnoodle sizes. However, the most popular sized schnoodle is around 15lbs. The coat of the schnoodle can be curly, wiry or a combination of both, depending on whether the poodle or schnauzer are dominant. Solid black, white, and gray are the very common coat colors since they are so popular in poodles and schnauzers. Multi-color coats are also possible when different color parents are bred. |
| Breed Origins: | A schnoodle is the offspring of a purebred schnauzer and purebred poodle. Because the results are much less predictable, schnoodles are not generally bred with another schnoodle. |
| Breed Personality: | A schnoodle can be a very energetic and playful dog, getting along well with both people and other dogs. They tend to do well with older children, loving the attention and playtime. |
| Misc: | Schnoodles are bright and very trainable coming from two intelligent breeds. Schnoodles are popular with people who have allergies, due to the fact that they have hypoallergenic coats and are non-shedding. |
